A decorated athlete, he has won multiple gold medals at National Championships and various events at the Henley Royal Regatta, in addition to representing and medalling for Great Britain at World Cups and World Championships. These achievements reflect his strong foundation in sporting excellence and dedication. Nowadays, he’s more likely to be in the water than on it, having transitioned to open water swimming, with a recent victory in the prestigious Thames Marathon. A passionate advocate for youth sports, Matt is also the proud parent of two daughters, one of whom is an enthusiastic member of our club.
